COURSE
The event starts with 15 Lengths Swim followed by a 5km Multi-Terrain Run
START and FINISH
The race starts and finishes at the Chesham Open Air Pool , Moor Road, Chesham Registration at 7am-7.45am
Race start - 8:00am at 1min intervals
Car parking
The Race Entry includes a Buffet Continental Breakfast at the Open Air Pool and finishers medal.
