Pre-Training Warm Up Tuesday evenings at the Moor.

If you regularly train on a Tuesday evening down at the Moor in Chesham and have the time to come along before the main session starts at 7.30pm, please read the following:-

A small group meet at 7.05pm so that we are ready to start promptly at 7.10pm. The session begins with a gentle warm up jog for about 8 minutes. We always use the same route on the road in the winter months, but change to the playing fields at the Moor as soon as there is enough light.

The final 10 minutes are spent warming up key muscle groups and improving our mobility through a range of exercises and drills. The exercises also increase body temperature and heart rate so that we are better equipped to begin working harder as soon as the main session gets underway at 7.30pm.

The total distance covered is about 1.5 miles but at a fairly gentle pace.
