There were some good runs from the Chiltern contingent on Sunday’s
warm Thame 10k. This fast course attracts good support and there were
835 finishers this year.
Eddie O’Gorman was first Chiltern
runner home in fifth spot in 34.21, with James Repper continuing his
good form to be 11th in 35.47. Also breaking 40 minutes were Adam
Bowller, 47th in 39.30 and Nathan Taylor, 52nd in 39.47. With local
outfits Woodstock Harriers and Oxford City fielding strong teams, the
foursome didn’t threaten for the team prize.
Also running were David Breingan 79th in 42.18, Steve Chambers 425th in 55.36, and Rachael and Alex Pepper 515th/516th in 57.54.
