Tom Beedell carried on his great winter form with a win at the watery Hardwick X-Stream cross country. Over around six miles of tough terrain and several river crossings the race is for the cross country traditionalist.
Tom came home in 35.17 ahead of nearest rival Charlie May from Vale of Aylesbury. Chiltern's Eddie O'Gorman was in bronze medal position in 36.32 and Chiltern's winning men's team was completed by Simon Beedell, 8th in 38.48 and Andrew Redington, 21st in 42.32. There were 307 finishers.
