The last of the four-event series was hosted by Ley Hill School and Little Kingshill Combined School on Saturday 27th February. The very wet conditions did not inhibit a good amount of runners attending, with Chiltern Harriers to the fore in many races.
Chiltern Harriers in Year 3 included Rupert Empson who won the Year 3 boys race for Elangeni and Ellie Perkin, who came seventh in the girls race, again for Elangeni.
In Year 4 Tommy Taylor won with Callum Hodson in second, both for Chalfont St Peter who won the team event. Lily Pearson of Heatherton House continued her form to win, with Chesham Prep's Amber Hitchcock coming second, also running strongly and helping her team to gold.
Angus Denison-Smith won the boys race in Year 5 for The Beacon with Peter Hughes finishing second for Elangeni. There were many strong Chiltern runners in the Year 5 girls' race. Orla Fawcett won for Our Lady's, with Lizzie Barraclough and Rhiannon Ward coming second and third and also winning team gold for Elangeni. Georgina Cooper came fifth for Chalfont St Peter and Elise Eden was ninth, also for Chalfont.
Jonny Stenning won the Year 6 race for Chalfont St Peter and another Harrier at CSP Josh Hughes came sixth. Claire Buttivant won the Year 6 girls race for CSP, Rachel Padwick was second for Elangeni and Harriet Church, third, joined Claire in team silver for CSP. Elangeni's Jessica Empson was sixth, helping to win the team prize. Grace Pearson also ran well for Heatherton House, coming seventh.
