Sunday saw Chiltern Harriers members take part in two contrasting races.
Fabian Downs won the undulating 7-mile Penn 7 road race on Sunday from around 300 finishers. Debbie Wenman was in 17th position overall and winner of the first lady prize.
Over in Wendover, Tom Beedell was third in the Coombe Hill race, one of the south of England's few 'fell races'. Tom completed the tough 6k route in 22.08.
In a high quality field, Jon Taylor was 18th and Gary Walford 28th. Sian Thomas was 45th overall and fifth lady.
