The Herts Schools Championships took place on Saturday at Verulamium Park in St Albans with several Chiltern Harriers running for their schools.

The third placed runner was 36 seconds behind Michael. The 4.2k course also saw other St Clement Danes boys Jimmy Davies come 25th in 17.17, despite losing a shoe costing him several places, and Ben Whitney finish 28th in 17.19
In the 3.2k Junior girls race Ellie Jones of Tring School, recently back from a long winter holiday, finished 12th in 12.31 and Amy Buttivant of Royal Masonic in the Pre-Junior girls (Year 7) event was 27th in 12.59 on the 2.6k circuit.
