Queens Park Harriers annual Liddiard Trophy Cross Country race took place at Kingsbury on Saturday with two Chiltern Harriers runners in the Men's 5 miles event. In a field of over 100 runners Adrian Dale finished 73rd in 33mins. 22sec., whilst Martyn Cartwirght was 95th in 43mins. 02 secs.
This was Adrian's last race before leaving for two years in the British Virgin Islands and he will be much missed from Chiltern teams, having probably been in more cross country races than any other club runner over a period of almost 15 years.
