The September pub run will be from "The Three Horseshoes" (yes same name as last month's!) at Winkwell nr Boxmoor.
It is situated on the Grand Union canal and suggested directions are:
B4505 from Chesham (via Bovingdon) towards Hemel. At traffic lights turn left on to A4251 (old A41) and in approx 3/4 mile join a roundabout but keep on the A4251 (otherwise you'll find yourself on the by-pass for Berkhamsted & Tring). In approx 1/4 mile turn sharp right (just past a garage) down a small lane crossing over the canal (pub on the left) and park in the SECOND car park (the first is small and likely to find yourself hemmed in!) which are on the right. The pub sign is advertised on the A4251 at the junction of the lane.
There are the usual two distances of 11+ and 9+ but easy running and relatively level!
