This is a great chance to enjoy summer shade whilst running in the Asheridge Estate. We will start in the film set village of Aldbury and enjoy an invigorating 250' climb to the Berkhamsted Common, then passing by Frithsden, the Asheridge Management College, Gaddesden and coming home past the Bridgewater Monument. The traditional Valiant Trooper pub serves a good range of beers and meals. Take a break from road races and enjoy the cross country footpaths whilst improving your map reading skills!
