Phil WIlliams won two bronze medals at the British masters athletics championships at the weekend at the national stadium in Birmingham.
Both in the walks, the first on Saturday in the 3k in 15.07 and the second in the 5k on Sunday in 25.14.
This follows a silver in the Welsh national athletic champs 2 weeks previously in Cardiff.
