Chesham played three frendly games this week, the first last Thursday was a mixed game against Tring B.C. The game finished in a win for Tring by just one shot, 106 to 105. Chesham's highest winning rink was Pam Hooper, Derek Keily, George Fudge and Howard Cave. (19-13).
On Saturday the first leg of the Jubilee Cup was contested against Princes Risborough B.C. and resulted in a win for Chesham of 19 shots to carry forward to the away leg. The highest rink was Robbie Williams, Roger Lofty, Brian Cox and Dennis Wise with a score of 33 shots to 10.
On Sunday a mens team travelled to Iver Heath and recorded another win 120 shots to 113. The best rink at Iver was Geoff Parr, Chris Fillery, Tony Holt and Lawrie Smethurst who scored an impressive win of 33 shots to 13.
In the first of the national Double Fours competition Chesham C Team lost to Aylesbury B.C.
