Saturday's friendly match against Wingrave Bowls Club resulted in a win for the visitors 94 shots to 85 shots.
On Sunday we welcomed a team of London Welsh bowlers and a very tight game followed with a win for Chesham by one shot - 141 to 140. Chesham's winning rink was George Perry, Cameron Halsey, Brian Wright and Lawrie Smethurst.
Last Thursday saw the first ladies' game of the season against our old friends and rivals from Amersham B.C. Chesham won 65 shots to 35, and the winning triple was Mo Bailey, Molly Young and Jenny Ware.
